Orders placed before 11:00 AM EST are printed and shipped the exact same day. Orders placed after the cutoff will be shipped the next business day.

We highly recommend high-resolution PNG files (at least 300 DPI) with a fully transparent background. We also accept SVG and AI files. Please do not mirror your artwork; our system handles that automatically.

We print exactly what you upload. Please ensure your artwork is press-ready. We do not alter, resize, or remove backgrounds from your files.

DTF LORD transfers are incredibly versatile! They can be easily applied to 100% Cotton, 100% Polyester, Cotton/Poly Blends, Triblends, Canvas, Denim, and even Leather.

For best results, press at 320°F (160°C) for 15 seconds with medium-heavy pressure. Our premium films are Warm/Cold Peel. Wait a few seconds, peel smoothly, and do a 5-second post-press with parchment paper for maximum durability.

Yes! If you are in the Jacksonville area, you can select "Local Pickup" at checkout. Your order will be ready for pickup at our facility during standard business hours (Mon-Fri, 10 AM - 5 PM).
